Day Three of 10 Days of Blogging Revelation

A humble heart: The back story of the last Book of the Bible

After back to back black men are shot by police and a sniper shoots and kills several police officers many folks are posting 2 Chron. 7:14 on social media.

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

So, in light of all of that, I firmly believe many times we ought not pray. And I firmly believe this is one of those times. Why, you say? Because I know most of us have little desire to look foolish and crazy like John. And most of us aren’t willing to give up anything , not even everything for the cause of Christ.

John was banished to a prison community on Patmos. It was there he received and recorded the visions in the book of Revelation

John was a humble man in love with an Almighty God and Savior Jesus Christ.

Now, let’s asked ourselves again if we are really willing to Humble ourselves?
