Designing and dreaming again: The Shur House and my memoir To Love a white man

theshurhouseThe moment I finally came into agreement with our Father was the moment He revealed a smidgen of His plans for me and we. The moment I finally said yes again to starting small was the very moment He revealed a single second clip of His plans for me and we.

We have found the property of our dreams and the first of our many dreams is to establish and maintain a residential home for a Single Mother of two or less: The Shur House.

While on this very long journey to publish my memoir To Love a white man, me and my children found ourselves homeless … twice! Each time we were homeless, our Father was faithful to send someone to rescue us after three days.

Our Father is forever faithful even when we are not.

My life has been filled with no thing but his faithfulness and I joy to remember, rejoice and report all HE is and has done for us.

I was a rebellious unmarried and barren Woman. I lost my first child to rebellion. After three years of wailing and praying daily our Father allowed me to conceive and birth a daughter we named her Lillian after my Daddy’s Mother. And then … through circumstances not of my choosing our Father allowed me to conceive and birth a son we named Elijah.

Lillian married her high school sweetheart on her eighteenth birthday and finished Holloway High School on Friday. Lillian is in the first graduating class to received the TNpromise scholarships and THANKFULLY she received a selection letter on Thursday.

We stand delighted to see and share the mighty hand of our Father in any and every aspect of this one life.

We are rescued to rescue.

The Shur House is a residential home for a single Mom with two or fewer children living in Murfreesboro (the heart of Tennessee) paid for through the purchase of my e-books on Amazon.

We are rescued to rescue.

Our Father is forever faithful even when we are not.

I stand only for the unseen man and His name is Jesus.

One day we may be star struck to see this man Moses described as a cloud. One day we may be star struck to see this man David loved and prayed to. One day we may be star struck to see this man John writes: his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow.
