You are your own niche, exclusion by others only adds to the illusion of your greatness

I love to read.

I own a crazy library of lives bound as books.

I gather them without though.

Each one means much to the likes of me.

Truth is sometimes I don’t read them.

Truth is most often I don’t read them.

When I receive a hardback one in the mail and I think I’m going to read it.

The first thing I do is gently remove the cover.

This cover I place in a special basket which it’s purpose is to do no thing but collect covers. A quick study of each cover reveals something beautiful.

Then I find myself thinking about each bound life each book represents.

And a sweet smile forms on my face as I begin to see my library a bit differently.

You see I agree with Marianne Williamson.

Every life is a platform

Every single life is a platform.

The life of hungry hands holding cardboard is a platform.

The life of the bad boy sent once again to the corner is a platform.

The life of the fourth child pushed down once again is a platform.

Every single life is a platform.

And every single life was created by the master creator

Every single life was created for such a time as this.

Every single life must find some purpose for their pain.

You are your own niche and there is a purpose for your pain.

You are your own niche: exclusion by others only adds to the illusion of your greatness.

And like Moses we only appear to be as great as HE allows us to be for a season.

Please know I view my writing as mini sermons and the preacher in me does not solicit comments, but you can catch me, every now and again on my Personal  Face Book Page and my Face Book Fire Station Page.
